I don’t think this review will reflect how amazing Kayla was/is, but I will try my best. We were selling my mother’s house shortly after she passed in March, which was already hard on an emotional level, but we also live 2.5 hours away and have a young active family making it very hard physically as well. Kayla made every single part of this process smooth, comfortable, and understandable. I should add that we are first-time sellers as well. SEVERAL TIMES when we couldn’t come into town due to schedule conflicts, she would be there in person to check things, confirm things, look over work being done — she even moved beds into the garage herself so the house could be re-floored!

This wasn’t the best time, or market, to sell, but Kayla was honest about every offer that came in and how we should approach each one.
